Main construction method of EPDM rubber Granule

1、Measured bottom line

2、Basic brush coating

3、Bottom Paving

The proportion of Black granules and customized glue is 6.5 :1, with stirring device in the stir zone stirring evenly, then use the carrying car to send to mark boundary and scrap feet paving, using roller to compact. Once the bottom ground cured, start the surface layer paving. After two or three hours, using the roller to compact again. If there are some uneven places, use the trowel to pat it, such as trowel, rolling roller sticking granules, dipping a little thinner to be smooth.  

4、Surface layer paving

The proportion of Black granules and customized glue is 4 :1, with stirring device in the stir zone stirring evenly, then use the carrying car to send to mark boundary and scrap feet paving, using roller to compact, pay attention to the compactness, smooth degree, thickness, repeated rolling. After two or three hours curing, using the roller to compact again. If there are some uneven places, use the trowel to pat it, such as trowel, rolling roller sticking granules, dipping a little thinner to be smooth.  

　

5、Marking line measurement 

Draw the pitch mark line as required. After marking the line, it must be reviewed by the sports technician. Review of it by Steel tape with straight part of the identification. After confirming, it can be painted as required sign.
